Select Job Cost Setup menu > Contractor Maintenance.
This window is available only if the Payroll module is integrated with Job Cost.

Use Contractor Maintenance to create and maintain records for each of the contractors with whom you do business. The records are available to select as the prime contractor and awarding contractor in the Certified Payroll Reporting window.
