Enter the contractor number or click the Lookup button to view a list of contractors.
Enter the name of the contractor.
Enter the contractor's street or mailing address. Click the Map button to view a map of the location in your Web browser.
Enter the ZIP Code.
Enter a new ZIP Code to add it using ZIP Code Maintenance (On the Fly).
Enter the name of the city. If you entered a ZIP Code, the city name automatically appears.
Enter the state abbreviation. If you entered a ZIP Code, the state abbreviation automatically appears
Enter the country code, or click the Lookup button to list all country codes. If you entered a ZIP Code, the country code automatically appears.
Enter the contractor's telephone number starting with the area code.
Enter the contractor's extension number.
Enter the contractor's e-mail address.
Click the E-mail button to launch your e-mail application.
