Overview

Use Office 365 User Mapping to map Sage 100 user logons to Office 365 user accounts. After you've mapped a user, they can access Sage 100 data when using Sage apps for Office 365. The type of data users can access is based on their security setup in Role Maintenance.

The first time you start this task, you'll be asked to sign in to Office 365 using your Microsoft account. After signing in, click the arrow button in the Office 365 User Name field to view the current list of users set up in your Office 365 organization.

After you've created at least one mapping record, the Office 365 sign-in window will not appear automatically when you start this task, but you can click Sign In to sign into Office 365. If you are not signed in, you can view and change existing records only.

If you delete a mapped user from Sage 100, the mapped record is automatically removed from this task.

Note Use this task after setting up users in Office 365.
