You can use the Activity Log to track major events that occur within the system.

 

To track major events within the system

Select Library Master Reports menu > Activity Log.

  • Click the Search button to search by a date range, user logon, company code, or activity type.

  • Click the Zoom button to view more details about the selected activity entry on the Activity Log window.

  • Click the Print button to print a report detailing the date, time, user, company, and activities performed in the system.

After running a search, you can click the purge button to purge the Activity log.
