Auto Issue Material Shortage Report Home | FAQs & Troubleshooting

 

The Auto Issue Material Shortage Report is printed as part of the Work Order Transaction Journal update. This report provides shortage information for each automatically issued component for which availability falls below zero.

The Auto Issue Material Shortage Report feature is not available under the following circumstances.

• No is selected in the Auto Issue Material Transactions field or None is selected in the Auto Issue Material Shortage Report Format field in the Work Order Options window.

• Release transactions were not created using Work Order Transaction Entry.
