Work Order Transaction Journal allows you to print the following reports and registers.

Expand/Collapse item  Release Register

The Release Register lists the work orders released for production using Work Order Transaction Entry. This register is sorted by transaction number.

 

Expand/Collapse item  Labor Register

The Labor Register lists the labor transactions entered using Work Order Transaction Entry. The register includes crew (if applicable) and employee information, and is sorted by transaction number.

 

Expand/Collapse item  Miscellaneous Labor Register

The Miscellaneous Labor Register lists the miscellaneous labor transactions entered using Work Order Transaction Entry. This register is sorted by transaction number.

 

Expand/Collapse item  Outside Processing Register

The Outside Processing Register lists the outside processing transactions entered using Work Order Transaction Entry. This register is sorted by transaction number.

 

Expand/Collapse item  Completion Summary Report

The Completion Summary Report provides a summary by work order of all completion transactions entered using Work Order Transaction Entry.

 

Expand/Collapse item  Material Issues Register

The Material Issues Register lists the material issue transactions entered using Work Order Transaction Entry. This register is sorted by transaction number.

The Labor Summary Report provides a summary by employee of the labor transactions entered using Work Order Transaction Entry. This report provides a recap of hours worked and quantity completed for labor transactions recorded for each employee. This report can be used as a source document for Payroll Data Entry.

The Miscellaneous Material Register lists the miscellaneous material transactions entered using Work Order Transaction Entry. This register is sorted by transaction number.

The Completion Register lists the work order completion transactions entered using Work Order Transaction Entry. This register is sorted by transaction with total cost per transaction.

 

Expand/Collapse item  Close Register

The Close Register lists the work orders that have been designated as closed using Work Order Transaction Entry. This register is sorted by transaction number.
