Access this window using one of the following methods:

Select General Ledger Main menu > Account Maintenance. In the Account Maintenance window, on the Transactions tab, select a transaction and click the Journal Zoom button.

Select General Ledger Main menu > Account Maintenance. In the Account Maintenance window, on the Transactions tab, double-click a transaction.
Note If an invoice is associated with the selected transaction, the Invoice Drill Down window appears. To view the Journal Drill Down window, in the Invoice Drill Down window, click the Source Journal Drill Down button.

Select General Ledger Setup menu > Source Journal Maintenance. In the Source Journal Maintenance window, select a transaction for a source journal and click the Journal Zoom button.

Use Journal Drill Down to view detailed information for a journal associated with each account. You can click the Comments button to view extended comments that include a journal comment of over 30 characters.
If you have the appropriate security setup and you accessed this window from Account Maintenance, you can select a transaction and click the Reverse button to revers it. For more information, see Reverse a Journal Entry.
