Select Job Cost Setup menu > Cost Code Maintenance. Select a cost code and click Earnings.
Note This window is available only if the Enable Time Track for TimeCard check box is selected in Job Cost Options and the Validate Cost Code / Earnings Code Combinations check box is selected in Time Track Options.

Use this window to select earnings codes that are valid for the selected cost code. The list of valid earnings codes will be used to validate combinations of cost codes and earnings codes in Time Track Entry and Punch In/Out.
