Select Inventory Management Physical Count menu > Count Card Entry. In the Count Card Entry window, click Defaults.
Note The Defaults button is no longer available after you enter a count card number.

Use Default Values for Count Card Entry to set default values and behavior for Count Card Entry by user or workstation. If you make changes at any field other than Next Count Card No., you will be prompted to save the settings for future Count Card Entry sessions when you click OK.
