Default Values for Count Card Entry
Type the next count card number. This field defaults from the Next Automatic Count Card Number field in Inventory Management Options, but it can be changed. A change in this field will update the value in Inventory Management Options.
Enter a warehouse code, or click the Lookup button to list all warehouse codes. This field defaults from the Default Warehouse Code field in Inventory Management Options, but it can be changed. If the Require Multiple Warehouses check box is cleared in Inventory Management Options, this field can only be viewed.
Include All Lot/Serial Numbers
Select whether you want a line added for each lot or serial number when you enter a lot or serial tracked item in Count Card Entry.
Select No if you do not want to add a line for each of the item's lot or serial numbers. The Lot/Serial No. field will remain empty, and you can enter a value.
Select Prompt if you want a message to ask if you want to include all of the item's lot or serial numbers. If you click Yes in the message, a line will be added for each of the item's lot or serial numbers. The new lines will use the same warehouse code as the current line, and the Quantity Counted field will be set to 0 (zero). If you click No, the Lot/Serial No. field will remain empty, and you can enter a value.
Select Yes to automatically add a line for each of the item's lot or serial numbers. The new lines will use the same warehouse code as the current line, and the Quantity Counted field will be set to 0 (zero).
Note If you select this option, you will not be able to manually enter a lot or serial number.
Unit of Measure Used for Count
Select the default unit of measure to be used in Count Card Entry.
