You can access this window from the following locations:
- Select Job Cost Main menu > Job Maintenance. In Job Maintenance, click the arrow button in the top-right corner of the window and select Certified Payroll.
- Select Job Cost Main menu > Job Inquiry. In Job Inquiry, click the arrow button in the top-right corner of the window and select Certified Payroll.
- Select Job Cost Main menu > Job History Inquiry. In Job History Inquiry, click Certified Payroll.
This window is available only if the Payroll module is integrated with Job Cost and the Exclude from Certified Payroll Report check box in the Job Maintenance window is cleared.

Use this window to enter job information that will be used for Certified Payroll Reporting in the Payroll module.
When accessed through Job Inquiry and Job History Inquiry, this window can only be viewed.
