Use Remove Data to delete a company. If the company has no data files established, the company code and all related information for that company, is removed from your system.
To remove a company, all data files must be removed for that company. If a company has any active data files, Remove Data will not remove the company code. This feature allows you to remove data files only for specific modules.
NOTE You can delete General Ledger data files only after all other data files have been deleted.
