Company Maintenance allows you to delete a company for any module.

  • To remove a company, you cannot currently be in the company.

 

To delete a company's data

  1. Select Library Master Main menu > Company Maintenance.

  2. Enter the company code that you want to remove. For more information, see Company Maintenance - Fields.

  3. Click Remove.

  4. In the Remove Data window, select the Remove check box for any modules that you want to remove the company data from. For more information, see Remove Data - Fields.

  5. Click Proceed.

  6. A message appears prompting you to remove the data files. Click Yes.

The company data is removed from the selected modules.
