You can use the Activity Log to track major events that occur within the system.

 

To track major events within the system

Select Library Master Reports menu > Activity Log.

If the number of records in the log file exceeds the auto-load threshold entered in the Activity Log Configuration window, the Activity Log Search window opens automatically. Enter selection criteria to narrow the list of records that will be displayed and click OK.

You'll then see the filtered records in the Activity Log window.

  • Click the Zoom button to view more details about the selected entry.

  • Click the Print button to print the Activity Log Report.

The auto-load threshold is intended to improve performance by limiting the number of records that display. To change the threshold, click the Configure button on the right side of the Activity Log window.

After running a search, you can click the purge button to purge the Activity log.
