Paperless Office Output Options

 

If the Paperless Office module is set up, you can choose whether to print, PDF, and/or electronically deliver forms such as invoices, orders, and RMAs by making a selection at the Paperless Office Output field in the form printing window. Some of the options available at this field depend on whether the Print, E-mail, and/or Fax check boxes are selected for each customer, vendor, or employee in the Paperless Office Delivery Options window.

The table below displays the different outputs available at the Paperless Office Output field in the form printing window, when each of these check boxes are selected in Paperless Office Delivery Options.
