Use this procedure to reprint or refile processed federal or state forms using Federal and State Tax Reporting.

Compare the check totals and employee totals before printing or electronically filing federal or state forms. For more information, see Employee Totals Verification.

 

To reprint or refile processed federal or state forms

  1. Select Payroll Period End menu > Federal and State Tax Reporting.

  1. In the Form Type field, select Existing Reports.

  2. Click Proceed.

  3. In the Open Report window, select the report. Click View/Print.

Note If you are prompted to install a mandatory or an optional update, click Yes and then follow the on-screen instructions. You must install mandatory updates to continue processing, and you must install optional updates to maintain current forms and programs.

  1. In the State/Federal eFiling and Reporting window, follow the steps to reprint or refile the form. For more information, see the State/Federal eFiling and Reporting Help system.

  2. When all forms are reprinted or refiled, close all windows.

The federal or state forms are reprinted or refiled.
