Select Visual Integrator Main menu > Import Job Maintenance. In the Import Job Selection window, enter a job name and table name, and then click Accept. In Import Job Maintenance, click Cycle.

The Cycle button is available only if chain information is not selected in the Chain To field on the Import Job Maintenance Configuration tab.

Overview

The following information applies only to import jobs for the Material Requirements Planning and Work Order modules.

Use Cycle Options to enter the number of hours and minutes to wait between cycles and the number of cycles to be performed.

In each cycle, the job performs a full selection and import process from the source database. If a job is chained to another job, the cycle only operates for the last job in the chain. Jobs created with a chain cannot have cycle information, and vice versa.

Note Cycles are initiated for jobs only when they are executed outside of the software using a shortcut or a command line. When a job is run from the Desktop menu or from Import Job Maintenance, the cycle information is ignored.
