In any window that has the Memo feature, click the Memo button. In the Memo Maintenance window, click Copy.
Note The Copy button is available only if a memo code is entered in the Memo Code field in the Memo Maintenance window. Additionally, in the Memo Manager Maintenance window, in the Memo Options field, Maintain must be selected for this task.

Use Copy Memos to copy existing memo settings from one memo to a range of memos.
Note If auto-display settings are overridden using the Settings button in the Memo Maintenance window, these settings are not copied.
