Access this window using one of the following methods:

In any window that has the Memo feature available, click the Memo button. The Memo Maintenance window appears if no memos exist.

In any window that has the Memo feature available, the click the Memo button. The Menu Selection window appears if memos exist. In the Memo Selection window, click Create a New Memo.

In any window that has the Memo feature available, the click the Memo button. The Menu Selection window appears if memos exist. In the Memo Selection window, select a memo and click Select.
Note If a memo exists for the selected record, the Memo button appears yellow. If a memo does not exist, the Memo button appears blue.
Note This task is available only if Maintain or Show is selected for the task in the Memo Options field in the Memo Manager Maintenance window.
Note This task is available only in some modules.
