In any window that has the Memo feature available, click the Memo button. If memos exist, the Memo Selection window appears.
Note If a memo exists for the selected record, the Memo button appears yellow. If a memo does not exist, the Memo button appears blue.
Note The Memo feature is available only if Maintain or Show is selected in the Memo Options field for the task in the Memo Manager Maintenance window.
Note This task is available only in some modules.

Use Memo Selection to select a memo to maintain in Memo Maintenance from a list of all available memos and attachments. You can also select to view an attachment before opening a memo or select to create a new memo in Memo Maintenance.
