Access this window using one of the following methods:

Select Accounts Receivable Main menu > Customer Maintenance. In the Customer Maintenance window enter the Customer Number field. At the drop-down button, select Ship Address. In the Customer Ship-To Address Maintenance window, enter the location code and then click Exemptions.

Use Tax Exemptions Maintenance to enter exemption numbers for tax codes that have been defined in Library Master Sales Tax Schedule Maintenance.
Note This task is available only if a tax schedule has been defined. Exemptions entered in this task are stored in the AR_CustomerShiptoTaxExemptions file.
