Select Bill of Materials Utilities menu > Purge Bill of Materials History.
Warning Back up your data before performing this purge.

Use Purge Bill of Materials History to remove history data for production, disassembly, and engineering change records. You can purge multiple history files or one history file at a time. The purging of engineering change history files is determined by the effective date, and not removal date. If the effective date is beyond the removal date, engineering change records are not removed.
The System Activity Log is updated with the date, time, company code, user logon, and a message that the Purge Bill of Materials History utility was run.
