Access this window using one of the following methods:

Select General Ledger Budget menu > Budget Revision Entry. In the Select Accounts to Revise window, select the account to revise and click Proceed. In the Budget Revision Entry window, click the Change Budget button.

Use Change Budget to change the budget amounts for all periods greater than the selected period in the same budget column in Budget Maintenance or in the same row in Budget Revision Entry by percent, amount, and accumulated percent or amount. You can also copy budget values from one budget period to subsequent periods in the same budget in Budget Maintenance or in the same row in Budget Revision Entry. In addition, you can evenly spread a budget among all periods of the fiscal year in the same budget column in Budget Maintenance or in the same row in Budget Revision Entry when the currently selected budget amount is the first period of the fiscal year.
