Select Job Cost Estimating menu > Job Estimate Memo Printing.

Overview

Use Job Estimate Memo Printing to print memos containing information pertinent to specific job estimates. These memos can contain specific instructions regarding the maintenance of individual job estimates.

Each memo contains a header section containing information specific to the memo itself. This information includes a memo code, subject description, memo date, and reminder date.

You can select the memos to print using the job estimate number, memo code, memo date, or reminder date. You can also print memo detail or print only one memo on each page.
