To access Purge Job History Selection, select Job Cost Utilities menu > Purge Job History Utility. In the Purge Job History Utility window, click Select.
To access Restore Job History Selection, select Job Cost Utilities menu > Restore Job History Utility. In the Restore Job History Utility window, click Select.

Use Purge Job History Selection to select jobs to purge from the history files.
Use Restore Job History Selection to select jobs to restore from the history files to the active files.
After selecting jobs to be purged or restored, you can proceed with the purge or restore process. The jobs are purged from the history files or restored to the active files.
