In any window that has the Memo feature, click the Memo button. In the Memo Maintenance window, click Settings.
This task is available only if Always or Reminder Date is selected in the Auto Display field in the Memo Maintenance window.

Use Override Auto Display Settings to override the auto-display settings defined in Memo Manager Maintenance. This feature is memo-specific.
If you change an auto-display setting, the message "Auto Display Settings are Overridden" appears on the Memo Maintenance window. You can only remove this message by clicking the Reset All to Defaults button.
Note When you first access this window, the settings default to the Default role settings set up in Memo Manager Maintenance. Changes made in this window then override the settings set up in Memo Manager Maintenance for all roles.
