Override Auto Display Settings
This field displays the memo code entered at the Memo Code field in the Memo Maintenance window. This field can only be viewed.
This field displays the description entered at the Description field in the Memo Maintenance window. This field can only be viewed.
This field displays the description of each task where the memo type exists.
Select this check box to allow the memo to automatically display during data entry for the task. Clear this check box if you do not want to allow this memo to automatically display during data entry for the task. Whether this memo displays automatically also depends on the selection in the Auto Display field in the Memo Maintenance window for the memo and in the Memo Manager Maintenance window for the memo type. This field is available only if Maintain is selected in the Auto Display field in Memo Manager Maintenance for the memo type and if Always or Reminder Date is selected in the Auto Display field in the Memo Maintenance window for the memo.
Note The settings made at this field only apply to this specific memo.
