Access this window using one of the following methods:

From the applicable module Setup menu, select Memo Manager Maintenance. In the Memo Manager Maintenance window, select a memo type, and then click Copy.

Select Common Information Main menu > Memo Manager Maintenance. In the Memo Manager Maintenance window, select a module and memo type. Click Copy.

Use Copy Memos to copy the memo settings from one role to another.
Note Memos for modules not listed in the Memo Manager Maintenance window in the Module field are maintained in their applicable modules' Memo Maintenance window.
