Access this window using one of the following methods:

From the applicable module Setup menu, select Memo Manager Maintenance. In the Memo Manager Maintenance window, select a memo type, and then click Purge.

Select Common Information Main menu > Memo Manager Maintenance. In the Memo Manager Maintenance window, select a module and memo type. Click Purge.

Use Purge Memos to purge memos by module and memo type. You can filter memos to be purged by expiration date, memo date, reminder start/end date, and memo code.
