Use Data File Display and Maintenance to view and modify records in the data files.
WARNING This utility should be used only under the direction of a qualified Sage Customer Support Representative. Modifying data files in this manner may damage data files and make them unusable.
After selecting a record, click Edit to modify the record. If you select a file containing no records for a module that's been upgraded to Business Framework, the Add button appears instead of the Edit button. Click Add to create a new record in that table.
Click the Fields button to select which fields in the current file are listed. After selecting fields, you can click the Filter button to filter the records that appear in the Key Scan window.
