E-mail Message and Fax Cover Sheet Formats for Paperless Office |

In the applicable form printing window, in the Paperless Office Output field, select an option that includes electronic delivery. Click the Electronic Delivery button.
This task is available only if the form has been set up in the Paperless Office Options and Form Maintenance tasks.
Use Electronic Delivery for Forms to e-mail and/or fax the selected forms to the recipients set up for the customer, vendor, or employee in Paperless Office Delivery Options.
The message set up for the form in Electronic Delivery Message Maintenance is used by default, but you can manually enter a subject line and message. You can also add an additional attachments, such as promotional fliers, to the e-mails.
To send a test e-mail or fax before sending the actual messages, click Test E-mail or Test Fax.
