Documents e-mailed from the software are sent in PDF format. During the e-mailing process, the PDF Converter produces PDFs of documents to be e-mailed (for example, Accounts Receivable statements). Use this procedure to test the PDF Converter.

 

To test the PDF Converter

  1. Perform one of the following:

  2. Log on to the software as the Administrator. The Administrative Tools screen appears. Click Company Maintenance.

  3. Select Library Master Main menu > Company Maintenance.

  1. Enter the company code. For more information, see Company Maintenance - Fields.

  2. Click the E-mail tab, and click Test E-mail.

  3. In the Test E-mail window, click Test Converter. For more information, see Test E-mail – Fields.

If the test is successful, a new PDF document is created and then displayed.
