Labor Entry |
Select Production Management Setup menu > Labor Crew Maintenance.
Use Labor Crew Maintenance to group employees into labor crews. Using predefined labor crew codes saves time when entering labor transactions in Labor Entry.
Employees must be defined in either Production Management or Payroll based on settings in Production Management Options.
- If No is selected in the Integrated with Payroll field in Production Management Options, employees must be defined in Employee Maintenance in the Production Management module.
- If Yes or Employees Only is selected in the Integrate with Payroll field in Production Management Options, employees must be defined in Employee Maintenance in the Payroll module.
An existing labor crew can be maintained at any time, and employees can be added or removed from the crew code as needed.
NOTE: At least one employee must be assigned to a crew code.
Enter the code for the the labor crew, or click the Lookup button to view a list all labor crew codes.
Enter the description for the labor crew.
Enter an employee number to add the employee to the labor crew. Click the Lookup button to view a list of all employees.
This field displays the employee name and can only be viewed.
