Select Production Management Setup menu > User Defined Info Codes Maintenance.

Use this task to create user-defined codes that can then hold values for the user-defined information fields set up in Work Ticket Class Maintenance for use in work tickets.
Before creating a code, you must create a user-defined code class in Production Management Options.
