Select Payroll Period End menu > Employee Totals Verification.

Overview

Use the Employee Totals Verification report to determine if calculated values of check totals for employees are equal to employee totals. The report lists only employees that have a discrepancy, and only employee totals that differ from check totals.

Use this report before printing W-2 forms to verify the correct information is reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The report lists only the pay and withholding amounts that appear on W-2 forms.
