Use this procedure to purge Employee Audit Report information.
Note Back up your data before purging it.
To purge Employee Audit Report information
Use one of the following methods to access the Purge Employee Audit Report utility.
Select Payroll Utilities menu > Purge Employee Audit Report.
Select Payroll Reports menu > Employee Audit Report. In the Employee Audit Report window, click Purge.
Enter the date to purge information in the Remove Employee Audit Report Information on or Before field. For more information, see Purge Employee Audit Report - Fields.
Click Print. A message appears asking if you want to purge employee audit records. Click Yes.
Payroll employee audit information is purged. The System Activity Log is updated with the date, time, company code, user logon, and the description of the activity.
