Access this window using one of the following methods:

Select Return Merchandise Authorization Main menu > RMA Receipts Entry. In the RMA Receipts Entry window, click the Header tab and enter an RMA number. Click Return Addr.

Use the Return To Address window to display and edit return-to address information for the current return merchandise authorization (RMA). The address entered is your company’s address that is used by the customer to ship merchandise to you. The information that appears in this window defaults from the code created in Return to Address Maintenance from the Setup menu and can be changed for the current RMA. Changes made to the address in this window do not change the address in the Return To Address Maintenance window.
