Return To

This field displays the return-to address code and can only be viewed.

Name

Enter the name of the return-to address location. This location is where the customer ships goods to be returned. The name that appears at this field defaults from the name entered in Return To Address Maintenance and can be changed for the current return merchandise authorization (RMA).

Address

Enter the return-to address. The address that appears in this field defaults from the address entered in Return To Address Maintenance and can be changed for the current RMA.

ZIP Code

Enter the return-to ZIP Code. The ZIP Code that appears in this field defaults from the ZIP Code entered in Return To Address Maintenance and can be changed for the current RMA.

City

Enter the return-to city. The city that appears in this field defaults from the city entered in Return To Address Maintenance and can be changed for the current RMA.

State

Enter the return-to state. The state that appears in this field defaults from the state entered in Return To Address Maintenance and can be changed for the current RMA.

Country

Enter the return-to country code, or click the Lookup button to list all country codes.

A new country code can be added on the fly with the appropriate security setup. The Country Code Maintenance (On the Fly) window appears; some nonessential fields are omitted to speed data entry.
