Print Back Ordered Information on Picking Sheets

Use the following procedure to include the back ordered quantity in the quantity ordered and/or print back ordered lines on picking sheets for standard orders.

To include the back ordered quantity in the quantity ordered and/or print back ordered lines on picking sheets for standard orders

  1. Perform one of the following steps to access the Picking Sheet Printing task:

  2. Select Sales Order Main menu > Picking Sheet Printing.

  3. Select Mobility for Bar Code Reports menu > S/O Picking Sheet Printing.

  1. Select the Include Back Order Quantity in Quantity Ordered check box to include the back ordered quantity in the quantity ordered. For more information, see Picking Sheet Printing - Fields.

  2. Select the Include Back Ordered Lines check box to print lines for which the entire quantity is back ordered.

  3. Make any other required selections.

  4. Click Print or Preview to print the picking sheets.

The back ordered quantity is included in the ordered quantity and/or the back ordered lines print on the picking sheet.
