Select Paperless Office Main menu > Deliver Consolidated Vendor E-mails.

Use Deliver Consolidated Vendor E-mails to send documents that are pending electronic delivery to vendors.
The email consolidation is determined by the following hierarchy:
- Company
- Vendor
- Document
- Recipient list
For example, in company ABC for vendor 01-AIRWAY, all purchase orders with the same recipient list will be sent as PDF attachments in one consolidated email.
Note 1 You can select the Zip Multiple PDFs on Consolidated E-mails check box in Paperless Office Options to send PDFs as a single ZIP attachment in an email.
Note 2 You can schedule this task in Task Scheduler.
