Type a sequence number, or press Enter to accept the next sequentially assigned number. The sequence number allows for multiple records for a single employee on a single day. Together with the employee number and date worked, the sequence number forms the key to this record.

This field appears only if the Display Wage Rates on Data Entry Window check box is selected in the TimeCard & TimeClock Options window. If a password is typed in the Password for Wage Rate Changes field in the TimeCard & TimeClock Options window, a message appears when the wage rate is changed prompting you to enter the password. In TimeCard Inquiry and TimeCard History Inquiry this field displays the wage rate, and can only be viewed.
This field displays the amount, which is equal to the number of hours in the Hours Worked field multiplied by the rate in the Rate field. This field can only be viewed. In TimeCard Inquiry and History Inquiry, this field displays exception codes added to the TimeCard entry due to changes. Exceptions are generated if the Generate Exceptions For option check boxes are selected in the TimeCard & TimeClock Options window.

This field displays the Payroll posting status, and can only be viewed. The following status codes may appear in this field.
N indicates that the entry has not been transferred to Payroll.
C indicates that the entry has been transferred to Payroll, but that Payroll has not been updated.
P indicates that the entry has been transferred to Payroll and Payroll has been updated.
This field displays the Job Cost posting status, and can only be viewed. The following status codes may appear in this field.
N indicates that the entry has not been transferred to Job Cost.
C indicates that the entry has been selected for transfer to Job Cost, but has not been updated.
P indicates that the entry has been selected and updated to Job Cost.
This field displays the user ID of the user who last accessed and changed this entry. This field can only be viewed.
This field displays the source of entry (for example, if the source is TimeCard Entry and Edit, T/C D. E. appears). This field can only be viewed.
This field displays the sequential series number assigned to the TimeCard entry. A TimeCard Report can optionally be run in series order. This field can only be viewed.
