Current General Ledger Period Is

These fields display the current period defined in General Ledger Options and the current period-end date defined in Fiscal Year Maintenance.

Accounts Payable Posting Date Is

Enter the posting date for this journal.

Print Full Comments
Select this check box to print the full comment entered in the Comment fields on the Header tab and Lines tab. Clear this check box to print only part of the comments entered on the Header tab and Lines tab. The size of a partial comment varies depending on the available space for printing, but will never be more than one line of characters.

Printer/Output
Select a printer or output method. The following output methods are available:
Select Deferred to save forms to your hard drive for printing at a future time using Deferred Printing.
Select Export to export to a file type, such as PDF or Excel. The file can then be saved to your hard drive.
