E-mail Message and Fax Cover Sheet Formats for Paperless Office |

In the applicable form printing window, in the Paperless Office Output field, select an option that includes electronic delivery. Click the Electronic Delivery button.
This task is available only if the form has been set up in the Paperless Office Options and Form Maintenance tasks.
Use Electronic Delivery for Forms to e-mail and/or fax the selected forms to the recipients set up for the customer, vendor, or employee in Paperless Office Delivery Options. You can select to use a default message set up for the form in Electronic Delivery Message Maintenance, or type a subject line manually.
You can also send a test e-mail or fax before sending the actual messages.
