Access PDF Password using one of the following methods:
In the applicable report, journal, or register printing window, select Paperless Office as the printer output type, and click Print.
In the Period End Reports window, select the reports to print, and click Print.
This task is available only if the report, period-end report, journal, or register has been set up in Paperless Office Options, and Prompt is selected at the Password Protect field in the Paperless Office maintenance task for the document type.
Access Change Password by selecting Paperless Office Main menu > Employee Self Service. In Employee Self Service, enter the employee information, and then click Change Password.
Note Change Password is not available for Sage 100 Premium.
Use PDF Password to define a password to use for opening the PDF document you are creating.
When creating PDFs for period-end reports, you are prompted to enter a password only once. The password entered will be used to open all the report PDFs created during period-end processing. If no password is entered, the PDF is created without any password protection.
Use Change Password to change the employee password used to access direct deposit stub PDF documents in Direct Deposit Stub Viewer. The new password is used to open PDF documents created after the password change. PDF documents created with the previous password must still be accessed using the previous password.
