Select Purchase Order Main menu > Purchase Order Entry. In the Purchase Order Entry window, enter a purchase order number, and then click Quick Print.

Overview

Use Purchase Order Printing (Quick Print) to print standard purchase orders, repeating order confirmations, drop-ship orders, material requisitions, and blanket master orders using information entered in Purchase Order Entry. Bar codes can be printed on the purchase order. You can select to print partial, full, or no comments entered on the Lines tab. You can also type a message containing up to two lines to print on selected orders. Purchase order forms can be modified as necessary. You can print purchase orders to multiple locations.

Note You can save settings in this window by creating a new form code. Changes to settings for the STANDARD form code are not saved when you close the window.
