Select Sales Order Shipping menu > Shipping Data Entry. In the Shipping Data Entry window, create a shipping entry and click Quick Print. In the Packing List Printing (Quick Print) window, select the Print Additional Packing Lists with Contents check box and click Additional Form.

This task is available only if the Enable Shipping check box is selected in the Sales Order Options window.

Additional Packing List Printing (Quick Print) is available only for items entered in Shipping Data Entry.

Overview

Use Additional Package List Printing (Quick Print) to print additional packing lists for the current entry in Shipping Data Entry. You can modify the packing list form as necessary. Packing lists can be printed to multiple locations. You can enter up to two lines of messages to print on the additional packing lists.
