Select Accounts Receivable Main menu > Customer Maintenance. In Customer Maintenance, enter the customer number and select Contacts at the drop-down button. In the Customer Contact Maintenance window, enter the contact code and then select the Relate to Sage CRM check box. In the Sage CRM Contact field, click the Suggest Relationship button.

Use Suggested Relationships for Persons to select a Sage CRM contact person to have a relationship with the selected Accounts Receivable customer contact.
Note A relationship must be created between a Sage CRM company and an Accounts Receivable customer before relationships can be created between their contacts.
