Access this window using one of the following methods:

Select Return Merchandise Authorization Main menu > RMA Receipts Entry. In the RMA Receipts Entry window, click the Lines tab and select a comment line. Click the Comment Options button.

Use Comment Options to select where to print comments entered on the RMA Entry Lines tab and the RMA Receipts Entry Lines tab. Comments can be printed on customer RMAs, sales orders, RMA receivers, and credit memos.
This task is available only if a comment line is selected in the RMA Entry or RMA Receipts Entry window.
