Access this window using one of the following methods:

In the applicable viewer window, select one or more PDF documents to e-mail, and then click the Electronic Delivery button. In the Electronic Delivery window, click Send. If an error occurs, this window appears automatically.

In the applicable viewer window, select one or more PDF documents to e-mail, and then click the Electronic Delivery button. In the Electronic Delivery window, click Test E-mail. In the Test E-mail window, enter the appropriate information and then click Send. If an error occurs, this window appears automatically.

Select Library Master Main menu > Company Maintenance. In Company Maintenance, enter the company. Click the E-mail tab and then click Test E-mail. In the Test E-mail window, enter the appropriate information and then click Send. If an error occurs, this window appears automatically.

Select Payroll Main menu > Employee Maintenance. On the Main tab, click Paperless. Enter an e-mail address, and then click E-mail Password. If an error occurs, this window appears automatically.

The Error During Electronic Delivery window displays any errors that occur when a PDF document is sent by e-mail. This window displays one error at a time. You can elect to ignore all errors, which prevents this window from appearing for any other e-mails currently being delivered.
