Access this window using one of the following methods:

In the applicable viewer window, select one or more PDF documents to fax, and then click the Electronic Delivery button. In the Electronic Delivery window, click Send. If an error occurs, this window appears automatically.

In the applicable viewer window, select one or more PDF documents to fax, and then click the Electronic Delivery button. In the Electronic Delivery window, click Test Fax. In the Test Fax window, enter the appropriate information and then click Send. If an error occurs, this window appears automatically.

Select Library Master Main menu > Company Maintenance. In the Company Maintenance window, enter the company. Click the Fax tab and then click Send Test Fax. In the Test Fax window, enter the appropriate information and then click Send. If an error occurs, this window appears automatically.

The Error During Faxing window displays any errors that occurred when a PDF document is sent by fax. This window displays one error at a time. You can select to ignore all errors, which prevents this window from appearing for any other faxes currently being delivered.
